Turns out, the KX-2 deal fell through but was quickly replaced by a better deal on a fully loaded KX-3
I actually had one of these a few years ago – but was way too much into the “big deal” DXCC chase. I had tunnel vision back then – so now its time to remove the blinders and get crackin’ on the next chapter of fun.
I remember when I had the KX-3 thinking “gee – this almost sounds better than the K3”. I had a K3 for 10 years – the longest I have had any ham equipment.
Anyway – this deal will not fall through – its a local ham in my club who is selling.
Onward! Soon I’ll start my new “award chasing” – Free Range Style!
